  21st Services is recognized as experts in longevity analysis by providing objective, customized life expectancy evaluations for longevity risk management as well as Customized Longevity Planning Reports (CLPR) for financial planning. 21st Services introduced the industry’s first debit/credit system model for evaluating life expectancies in a rules-based, proprietary format. With the consultation and input of ten board certified physicians in fields most applicable to evaluating senior life expectancy plus a Study of Medicare records through the Chronic Disease Research Group (CDRG) that will add 20 million additional lives to our database, 21st Services continues to refine its longevity data to provide the most accurate evaluations possible. ClearLife offers to its clients the experience of ClearLife's principals in building the infrastructure required to support a life settlements business. Fasano Associates is a leading underwriting consulting firm serving the life, annuity and life settlement markets. Fasano’s life expectancy estimates are both consistent and accurate, with an actual to expected ratio of 96%, as determined in three successive, independent actuarial analyses.
Fasano is unique its employment of physician Medical Directors at the core of its analytic process. Its professional staff includes over 20 physicians, including former Chief Medical Directors of New York Life, First Colony Life (Genworth) and Provident Mutual.
Fasano has also been at the forefront of actuarial research in the life settlement market, developing the first set of mortality tables that account for the different mortality patterns reflected at different mortality levels.
