Group Discount?
No. There are no group discounts
offered for this event.
2. How
can I make Hotel Reservations?
You can contact the hotel directly at
407.352.4000 or visit their web-site,
www.peabodyorlando.com to make reservations
at the current going rate.
3. What
are my Payment Options?
There are several different payment options to
update your account. You can log-onto
your account by
using the registered email address and confirmation
number to make an online credit card payment with Visa,
MasterCard or American Express.

4. Can I
modify my Registration?
Yes! Registration changes can be made at
anytime and most changes you can make on your own.
Simply log onto
your account by
clicking on register now at the top left side of
this screen. Fill out the information just as you
did when registering for the first time. They system
will tell you that you are already registered and
provide you with a link to modify your registration.
Once clicking on the modify link, you will be
prompted for your confirmation number. After
providing this information, you will be able to
update your registration as you choose.

5. I need to cancel my Registration, what are my
options?
We are sad to see you go, but there are
options. You can substitute your registration at no
extra cost to an alternate attendee by simply
contacting our Events department. Alternately, if
this is not an option you may qualify for a full or
partial refund depending on the date at which you
registered and the date you are canceling. For more
information please refer to the
Cancellation & Payment Policy tab
above.
6. Can I
Register at the door?
For your convenience we do offer on-site
registration as an option. However, please note that
the maximum registration rates are applied at the
door.
7. What
will the Agenda entail?
We are working hard on our Agenda for this
event and are excited to share all up to date
information with you as it becomes available. For
the latest and hottest topics and information that
will be covered at the 2009 Compliance Conference,
please refer to the Agenda tab.
8. Is
the Attendees List Available?
The attendees list is available to
registered attendees only. This will be available
online at least one month prior to the conference
and accessible on the post conference website after
the conclusion of the conference.

10. My company is not a Member of LISA, however our
Partner company is. Do I qualify for the Discounted
Rate?
Only companies that appear on the
LISA website as
Members may register as Members. Parent, Sister,
Partner and Subsidiary companies do not qualify for
the Member registration rates.

the Hotel?
The closest Airport to the Peabody Hotel is the
Orlando International Airport. The distance is
approximately 13 miles with a ride time of
approximately 20 minutes (pending traffic).
