CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations before
July 24th, 2009 will be refunded 100% of the
registration fee. Any person who cancels before
August 14th will receive a partial refund. No refunds will
be given on or after August 14th, 2009. A

PAYMENT
POLICY

obligated to remit the conference registration fee(s)
within 10 business days from the day of
registration. If failure to remit payment by that
date occurs, understand that LISA will take all
appropriate action necessary to collect payment.
