Are the fees
per person?
No! One registration fee is good for
your entire office. Enjoy the information together
or at your individual desks!
2. How do I get the call-in and log-in information
for the webinar?
You will receive all access
information via e-mail one hour prior to the event.
The e-mail will be sent to the address provided in
your registration.
3. What
are my Payment Options?
Credit Cards are the only acceptable
payment option for LISA webinars. We accept VISA,
American Express and Mastercard. If you must pay by
check, exceptions can be made. You can send your
check to LISA prior to registration. After receipt
of payment, we will be able to register you for the
webinar.

4. Can I
cancel my Registration?
No. There are no cancellations or
refunds associated with this event.

6. My company is not a Member of LISA, however our
Partner company is. Do I qualify for the Discounted
Rate?
Only companies that appear on the
LISA website as
Members may register as Members. Parent, Sister,
Partner and Subsidiary companies do not qualify for
the Member registration rates.
